Founded in 1982 by a passionate refrigeration engineer, Tarrant Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd has evolved from a specialist in servicing bulk milk tanks within the dairy industry to a leader in diverse, high-tech refrigeration solutions. Our journey began with servicing equipment for prestigious clients, including a second-hand bulk milk tank for the then Prince of Wales at Duchy Home Farm. By 1990, we pioneered the first successful conversion of CFC R12 to the eco-friendlier HFC R134a in refrigeration systems, a groundbreaking achievement thought impossible at the time. This milestone set the stage for our ongoing innovation and commitment to sustainable practices.

Our History
Over the decades, our expertise has expanded across various sectors. Notably, in the mid-90s, we became the sole importer for French Bulk Milk Tank company Serap Industries, enhancing our offerings in the dairy sector. However, foreseeing a downturn in the British Dairy Industry by the late 90s, we diversified our skills into air conditioning, and later, driven by a return to our agricultural roots, we pioneered in the niche market of refrigerated cold rooms for venison and game, leading the venison industry today.
