This new knife series was developed especially for butchers and meat cutters who work constantly and without interruption with a knife in their hand. The ergonomically shaped handle made of a soft and non-slip plastic material is antibacterial and has a silver-based protective coating. The handle thus prevents the risk of cross-contamination.  The transition from the handle to the cutting edge is angled, which makes resharpening the blade very easy.
