Expert tips for use: At home in the refrigerator (at approx. +3°C) with the Lava maturing bags, you can transform high-quality meat into perfect dry-aged beef within 3 – 4 weeks by maturing it. The maturing bag film is a membrane that is permeable to water vapor on one side. This concentrates aromas and a complex biochemical process takes place. This creates a taste experience that puts everything you have tasted before in the shade. The first bite will feel like you are eating the first steak of your life.
