The LU 9000 Premium is particularly popular for deer and wild boar.

The stainless steel game hanger rail can hold up to 200 kg

Thanks to its usable internal height of 1740 mm, even heavy wild boar can be hung stretched out.

Temperature range: -5 to +15 °C supports the aging process and is also ideal for freezing sausage meat. Low temperature fluctuations allow a long aging and storage time. Can be used at low ambient temperatures and an empty unit reaches the desired temperature within minutes making it extremely cost effective to run. The power consumption is only 1.2 kWh/24 hours.

Fast cooling times provides high-quality, tender game without shock-cooling. Optimum air humidity to sustainably support the aging process and prevents surface drying out of the game meat even when fully stocked.
